We offer services to improve digital presence, including the creation and optimization of websites, the development of content strategies, and consulting on the structured presentation of online content. The exact services are specified in the respective contract or offer.

The user undertakes to use all provided content and materials lawfully and not to infringe any copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties. The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they provide. Misuse of the services, particularly for the distribution of malware or illegal content, is prohibited.

We undertake to provide the agreed services with due care and in accordance with the current state of the art. We reserve the right to change, discontinue, or replace the services with equivalent services at any time, provided this does not materially affect the fulfillment of the contract.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, and health. For simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on which the user may regularly rely. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

All prices are in euros and exclusive of statutory value-added tax. Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to demand default interest at a rate of 5 percentage points above the base interest rate. The user may withdraw from the contract at any time, provided no services have already been rendered. Services already rendered will be compensated on a pro-rata basis.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time with effect for the future. We will notify the user of any material changes in a timely manner by email. The user may terminate the use of the services at any time without stating reasons.
